Repairs  

Here at iRepair Lab we offer either a Postal Service or a Drop Off Service
 which operates between the hours of 8am until 8pm (pre-arranged by appointment only).
 

 Postal Repair Service

To use the postal service simply go to the STORE and select the type of repair you require, then using the drop down menu, select which iPhone model and colour you require.

Once you are happy with the selection, go to the check out and pay using your desired payment method.

 At this point you can either setup an account, should you wish to shop with us again, or alternatively make a one-off transaction.

 Once the payment has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing postal instructions.

I strongly recommended due to the value of the iPhone, that you post the item by Special Delivery via Royal Mail to ensure that you receive proof of delivery and insurance against damage or loss to the phone.

Once we have received the Phone we will check for full functionality before repairing, checking again after the repair to ensure that the work carried out is 100% successful. 

Should we discover a fault upon receiving your phone (unrelated to the required repair) then we shall contact you immediately before carrying out any repair to discuss the next step.

We try go get the repairs done as quickly as possible upon receipt of the phone, so that we can get it sent back to you as soon as possible as we understand how inconvenient it is to be without your phone.



 Drop Off Service

To use the Drop Off Service simply check the prices in the STORE and if you are happy with the price then use the Drop Off Service form to arrange an appointment, stating the required information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that we currently only accept cash payments for the Drop Off Service and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
